Advice Service
The Tree Advice Trust, through the Arboricultural Advisory and Information Service, offers a wide range of guidance to help professionals and the public manage their tree problems.
In addition to the quick access to expert advice available through our much respected Tree Helpline we have specialists who can diagnose many tree disorders from samples sent in. This can involve culturing pathogens and laboratory analysis.
Site visits can be made where telephone advice and samples can not resolve the problems and our team of experienced professional tree managers are able to facilitate a wide range of tailored training programmes for the tree specialist, allied professions and private interest groups.
With the ever increasing legal issues and neighbour disputes arising from trees and hedges the Arboricultural Advisory and Information Service can provide a mediation service to assist parties to come to balanced and mutually acceptable solutions to problems without the need to resort to the Courts.
