The Helpline offers professional impartial advice on trees and shrubs, their cultivation, growth and management.

The Helpline is a live service staffed by qualified and experienced tree care specialists. It is available on weekdays from 0900hrs to 1700hrs. A message recording service is available at other times.

Calls are charged to your telephone account and cost £1.50 per minute.

Questions are welcomed from amateurs, gardeners and professionals alike. Many problems can be answered on the phone and additional written information can be provided if necessary.
